- How do I order?
You simply look around in our range of goods for sale. If you like a product and you would like to purchase it, click on the button Add to Cart .
With this action one piece of the product is added to your shopping cart and the cart view is openend. You may now change the quantity or remove the product from your shopping basket again, by filling out the appropriate fields and clicking the Update button.
- I have made my selection and want to mail my order. How do i do this?
If your personal shopping cart contains products, a box containing your shopping basket is displayed on the left side menu.
To complete and mail your order please choose the option View Cart in this box. This opens the shopping basket view again, where you can check your order for completeness.
To continue, please click the button Checkout . You are redirected to a secure SSL connection after that.
Next choose, whether you want to register a new customer account or sign in with your existing account. Registration isn't mandatorily, you can alternatively order without an account by filling in your dispatch address details. However the customer account offers some advantages, like order status supervision, which you cannot use without an account.
Please choose from the offered dispatch and payment options in the following pages. We also ask you to read our Conditions of Business and to accept them.
As soon as your details are complete and checked you can push the button Confirm Order . Your order is processed after that. After a few moments the confirmation message appears on your screen. Moreover, you will receive a confirmation mail to your e-mail address.
- Do I have to register a customer account to mail an order?
No, you can order also without an account by filling in the details of your address. In this case your data is only stored and processed for this order. Registering offers, however, some advantages, like the live status supervision of your order, which are not availablel without registering.
- Which payment options do you offer?
The different payment possibilities are defined in the shop and depend on your place of residence or the dispatch address which you give. This means, that not all options might be available to you.

Please transfer the total amount given on your confirmation mail to our account without discounts. As payment purpose indicate the order number from the confirmation mail.
The order is carried out as soon as we receive the amount on our account. - Cash on Delivery:
You pay the total amount on delivery to the delivery person. An additional COD fee (at the moment 2.60) is charged for this option.
- How much are the shipping costs?
The transportation costs are dependent on the shipping weight and on the dispatch address which you give. We send your order by Austrian post. The weight dependent transportation costs are calculated at checkout and are displayed on your confirmation mail.
- How much time is required for delivery?
Your order is processed immediately. You should receive your order normally within 3 to 7 working days. We will immediately contact you, if a longer delivery time has to be expected.
- Can I change or return the product?
Customers who are consumers as defined in the Austrian Consumer Protection Act are entitled to withdraw from distant (e.g. concluded by fax, e-mail, web shop, telephone,
) contracts (or a submitted distant selling order) within fourteen business days after receipt of the ordered goods. It is sufficient, if the declaration of rescission is mailed without detail of reasons within this period.
Iin the case of the resignation please return already received shipments to us. In return we will refund the purchase price. Please notice that there isn't a right of withdrawal at items which are damaged or impaired by use traces.
- The product is damaged, what to do?
Please check every delivery at receipt for completeness and possible transportation damages and claim these immediately . If a defect should occur or become visible later, please make contact with us. We will try to replace the product or refund the price in accordance with our warranty regulations as noted in our Conditions of Business.
